Refund & Cancellation Policy

Jarvis OS starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. If you don't subscribe, you are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.

• •₹299/month, or ₹1,999/year, billed after the free trial ends.
• •Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
• •You can cancel anytime from Settings — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• •Annual plans: if you cancel within 7 days of a renewal, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
• •Monthly plans: the current month is non-refundable, but you keep access for the rest of that month and are not billed again after you cancel.
• •After the 7-day annual window, fees already paid are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the paid term.
• •Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full — just contact us.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancel anytime from Settings → subscription. For a refund or any billing question, email us and include the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge.
