Shipping & Delivery Policy

Jarvis OS is a digital service. There are no physical goods, no couriers, and no shipping charges. "Delivery" means your account being upgraded so the features you paid for are switched on.

• •Subscriptions (Core, Pro and Max) activate immediately once Razorpay confirms your payment - normally within a few seconds
• •Credit top-ups are added to your account balance the moment payment is confirmed
• •You do not need to sign out and back in; refresh the page if you do not see the change
• •A payment receipt is emailed to the address on your account by Razorpay

• •Monthly plans: 1 month from the date of payment, renewing until you cancel
• •6-Month plans: 6 months from the date of payment, renewing until you cancel
• •Annual plans: 12 months from the date of payment, renewing until you cancel
• •Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active
• •Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for

If Razorpay has taken payment but your account has not upgraded within 30 minutes, contact us and we will either switch on the access or refund the charge in full. Include the email on your account and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.

There is nothing you need to do to claim this - it is the same commitment as in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Jarvis OS is available anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Your bank may apply a conversion fee if your account is not held in INR.
