Jarvis OS is a JEE/NEET preparation platform operated by Venyou Craft Private Limited, a Private Limited Company registered in India. That entity is the merchant of record for every payment made on this site. Full business details are on our Contact page.

Jarvis is a study aid. It is not coaching, not a guarantee of exam results, and not a substitute for your own work.

• •You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth
• •You are responsible for your account security
• •One account per person
• •You may not share, sell, or transfer your account

Most of our students are school-age, and we have written this section to say plainly how that works rather than hiding behind a minimum-age checkbox.

• •Under Indian law a person under 18 cannot enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use Jarvis only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• •Any paid plan taken for a student under 18 is treated as a contract with that parent or guardian, who is responsible for the payment.
• •We ask for your date of birth at sign-up so we know when this applies. We do not use it for advertising.
• •A parent or guardian can ask us to access, correct, or delete a student’s data at any time by writing to us.
• •If you are 18 or over, you are contracting with us directly.

Our handling of data belonging to students under 18 is described in the Privacy Policy, including what we are still working on.

Jarvis OS has a free plan that you can use indefinitely - no credit card required. Paid plans (Core, Pro and Max) lift the monthly caps and carry monthly AI allowances that grow with the tier; the day-by-day study plan and score projection are Pro and Max only.

• •Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• •Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.

Every paid plan includes monthly AI allowances. The numbers below are the ones the product enforces. Unused allowances do not roll over. Counters reset monthly on the anniversary of your subscription — if you subscribed on the 14th, they refill on the 14th, including on 6-month and annual plans, which are billed once but metered monthly. Free accounts have no renewal date, so their counters reset at the start of each calendar month. Settings → Billing shows your next reset date.

Where an allowance is described as unlimited, an internal fair-use backstop applies that only automated or abusive use reaches; we do not publish those numbers because no ordinary student meets them. Separately, on an exceptional day of platform-wide load we may serve paid plans from a faster, cheaper model rather than refusing the request — your allowance still counts down as normal, and paid plans are never degraded before free ones are.

• •Replies on a question while practising - one message on the question tutor, or one problem solved in chat (explaining a concept in chat never counts): Core 30/mo, Pro 400/mo, Max unlimited
• •Photo doubts - one photograph, every question on it, and the first reply: Core 5/mo, Pro 60/mo, Max 150/mo. Each further message in the same photo conversation costs one reply
• •AI test reports: Core 20/mo, Pro 150/mo, Max 400/mo
• •AI revision decks: Core 30/mo, Pro and Max unlimited; short notes: Core 15/mo, Pro 100/mo, Max 250/mo
• •AI cards: Core 100/mo, Pro and Max unlimited
• •AI question solutions, mistake analyses and recall questions: unlimited on every paid plan
• •Learn decks, quiz decks and formula sheets are built from material already in the product and are unlimited on every plan, free included
• •When one allowance runs out, certain others stand in for it at cost, automatically; when every allowance is spent the written part waits for the reset while the rest of the product keeps working

Pro and Max subscribers can purchase one-time credit packs from Settings → Billing. Core does not include credit top-ups. Top-up credits stack with your monthly allowance and any referral bonuses, and are spent only once the matching monthly allowance is exhausted.

• •Boost - ₹99 - 400 credits (133 replies on questions, 133 AI test reports, or 33 photo doubts)
• •Power - ₹249 - 1,100 credits (366 replies on questions, 366 AI test reports, or 91 photo doubts)
• •Marathon - ₹499 - 2,400 credits (800 replies on questions, 800 AI test reports, or 200 photo doubts)
• •Top-up credits never expire while your account is active
• •Top-ups are one-time digital purchases, separate from your subscription
• •If a top-up is refunded, the credits it granted are removed from your balance at the same time - never taking it below zero

• •Sharing your referral code gives a friend 10% off their first payment on any paid plan
• •When they subscribe, you earn 100 AI credits, spendable on any AI feature - messages, replies on questions, photo doubts, AI decks or solutions
• •Referral rewards are capped at 10 per calendar month and 50 for the lifetime of an account. Past either cap the referral still counts and your friend still gets their discount, but no further credits are earned
• •Coupon codes (when offered) can extend access or grant credits - terms accompany each coupon
• •Referral and coupon benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• •We may withdraw referral benefits obtained through fake or duplicate accounts

• •Use Jarvis for your own JEE/NEET preparation
• •Create and keep your own concept cards, notes, and saved questions
• •Share your referral code with friends
• •Export your own data at any time from Settings

• •Share your account with others
• •Scrape, bulk-copy, or redistribute content from the platform
• •Upload content you have no right to upload, or anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing
• •Use Jarvis to cheat in examinations
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or bypass any usage limits
• •Resell, sublicense, or transfer credits or referral bonuses

• •Previous-year question papers are official examination papers published by public examination authorities such as the NTA. They are government works in the public domain and we reproduce the question content on that basis - not under any licence from a publisher.
• •We do not reproduce solutions, commentary, or other original material from commercial publishers or coaching institutes.
• •Our own explanations, analysis, study plans, and software are our intellectual property.
• •Content you create - your cards, notes, and uploads - remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it, and show it back to you.
• •AI-generated explanations and test reports are provided as-is. Verify against official NCERT/NTA sources where it matters; we do not guarantee the correctness of any AI output.

If you believe something on the platform infringes your rights, write to our Grievance Officer using the details on the Contact page and we will act within the timelines published there.

• •You can delete your account at any time from Settings
• •We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why
• •If we terminate your account without cause, we refund the unused portion of any paid term

• •Jarvis is a study tool, not a coaching guarantee
• •We are not liable for exam outcomes
• •Service may be interrupted for maintenance
• •Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
• •Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

We publish the name and contact details of a Grievance Officer as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. You will find them, along with our acknowledgement and resolution timelines, on the Contact page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and nothing in them limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
